LG is a globally recognised brand and are actively investing billions into the renewable energy sector. LG solar panels are manufactured in Korean at LG’s own state of the art manufacturing plant. The solar modules produced by LG meet the most stringent quality criteria – guaranteed by one of the world’s leading electronics companies, and yet do not cost much more than the Chinese made counterparts. LG have an Australian based office and a customer care call centre that operates from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week for all warranty and technical enquiries.

The standard LG Panel we offer with our systems is the LG 275 Mono X. All LG panels come with black frames as standard, an IP67 junction boxes, have anti-PID and a level 6 salt mist certification. The LG warranty is also industry leading and unlike most other manufacturers the LG warranty covers labour to remove/reinstall.

LG also have an ‘all black’ LG 270W model, and they also offer the top of the range high efficiency 315W LG NeON module which has the latest double sided cell technology.

REC Solar Panels

Adelaide Electrical Solar & Security is an Accredited “REC Solar Professional” so REC increases the standard 10 year warranty by 24 months for all REC systems we install.

The Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) is a solar power company with headquarters in Norway and is the largest European supplier of solar panels.
REC was established in 1996 and its Headquarters are based in Oslo, Norway.

In November 2010, REC opened its new integrated wafer, cell and module plant in Tuas, Singapore. The plant is a fully automated and is regarded as of the most advanced solar panel production facilities in the world.

The current standard REC panel is a 260W poly crystalline panel.

AESS does not stock REC panels of the shelf as LG is now our standard panel for premium systems, however as we are accredited REC installers we can source them upon request.

SMA Sunny Boy Inverters

SMA was founded in 1981 and quickly grew to become the largest manufacturer of inverters in the world. SMA is regarded as the leader in the industry and all SMA inverters are designed and manufactured in their manufacturing plant in Germany. SMA have and Australian office which customers can contact directly for any warranty or tech support questions, and the SMA warranty is regarded as the best in the industry and they have the recognition as the fastest response time in the sector. Regarded as the best solar inverter on the market and with a build life of 20 plus years SMA is a safe bet.

Fronius Inverters

Fronius International GmbH established in 1945 is an Austrian company, based in Pettenbach, Upper Austria. Fronius is active in the fields of welding technology, photovoltaics and battery charging technology. The Solar Energy division has been working in the field of photovoltaics since 1992. Fronius have an Australian based office for servicing and tech support and a network of local service technicians. Fronius recently updated their entire range of inverters which impress with their thoroughly sophisticated design and interfaces and the integrated All-In-One communication package including Wifi as standard. The monitoring package is configured to send emails in the event of a fault minimising downtime. Fronius also offer an optional relatively inexpensive energy meter that is installed in the switchboard and monitors consumption and export giving you the information required to maximise how you use your solar generation. Fronius is currently running a promotion and offering an extended 10 year warranty for all inverters sold and installed in 2015.

Enphase Micro Inverters

Enphase is a USA based company and is the largest manufacturer of micro inverters in the world. Enphase has been leading the market in the field of micro inverters and had recently introduced their fourth generation M250 Micro inverter into the Australian market. Micro inverters are an ideal option if the array will be subject to shading and also monitors each individual panel and sends an email in the event of a fault. End users are able to keep track of live generation via the enphase portal called enlighten from your tablet/smartphone/PC anywhere in the world.
